Thank you TeamHealthy. It's been 1 week now on your meal plan and already have excellent results. Starting base weight is 195lbs and now after 1 week at 190lbs. Next week I will incorporate exercise and hopefully get to my desired weight in 2 months.

Actually po I have been in a meal plan from other healthy meal provider. More than 2 months on a meal plan medyo slow progress. With your meal plan po I feel that im in control of the food that I want. With the other meal plan po kc sometimes I dont like the food hence I will crave for something else.
